OCTAGON was co-founded by two international partners Henry LOO from Mauritius and Kenn YEO from Singapore both award winning architects.

The People

Mr Henry LOO is the Managing Director and Co-founder of OCTAGON DEVELOPMENT.

Henry began his career in the real estate industry as a professional Architect in Mauritius and over the years has grew to be one of the most respected leader in the industry. In 2005 and 2006, he was unanimously elected by his peers as the President of the Mauritius Atchitects Association. In 2006, Henry was appointed by the government of Mauritius as a board member of the CIDB Construction Industry Development Board.

Henry is an awards-winning architect and is regarded as one of the leading figures in the field of property development in Mauritius and his opinions on major property development issues has been constantly sought after the major daily newspaper and national TV as well as key people of the government.

Henry has done several presentations of large scale property projects with Prime Ministers, Ministers and Government officials. He is also developing international projects in the region.

Mr Kenn YEO is the Executive Director and Co-founder of OCTAGON DEVELOPMENT.

Kenn is also a master planner and award-winning architect registered with Board of Architects of Singapore. Since early 2000s, Kenn has been actively involved in property development.

Kenn has acted as the principal master planning and property development advisor to numerous large scale commercial, tourism, residential and integrated projects internationally such as Mauritius, China, Malaysia, Pakistan amongst others.
